REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION  POLICY :

  • If cancellation made before 0 – 3 days prior to the date of booking – 100% cancellation charge
  • If cancellation made between 3 – 7 days prior to the date of booking – 50% cancellation charge 
  • If cancellation made is before 15 days or more prior to the date f booking – 25% cancellation charge

(Cancellation policy may vary with the INTERCITY or AIRPORT Transfer booked)

Note: The refundable amount as per the aforementioned conditions will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 business days.

AIRPORT & INTERCITY  TRANSFERS :

While you make your reservation please indicate us all necessary data like the time of flight arrival, or your personal data, so we can easier spot you, and make our service really great in case if you expect a delay of more than two hours pleases let us know about that to avoid any unexpected charges if the delay is longer than 2 hours we will additionally charge you with 200 Bath/ hour of overtime remember you are not allowed to smoke or drink alcohol on board of our minivans.

in case of loss of some of your personal belongings that were left inside the car you can contact us .  we will keep them up to 14 days from a transfer.

If something will be found in the care we will let you know  after 14 days if no one will claim the loss, nobody would like to collect the lost item we will give them to poor people and Thai Transfer is not responsible for the lost things after 14 days  The driver is responsible for loading, unloading the baggage and opening/ closing the door We would like to inform that any damages done by customer with vehicle  accessories will be charged back to customer depending of the damage.

  1. Please be at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the pick-up time. The tour guide will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby and will be waiting maximum 10 minutes after the advised pick-up time. In case you cannot be located or contacted, the tour will commence as scheduled and payment for unused tour will not be refundable. 
  2. Please be aware that when you book with us, please use the same name that you use when you check- in at your hotel in order to avoid any misunderstanding when our tour staff comes to pick you up at your hotel lobby. 
  3. In case you advise us different name when you book a transfer , please call to inform us your room number before your tour date to help us locate you. Failure to advise us your room number may cause you to miss the transfer (no show). We reserves the right not to give you back any refund in case of no show. 
  4. Itinerary may be changed subject to traffic situation / or weather condition. 
  5. The prices quoted by the Company in its brochures / quotation are in US Dollars or equivalent in foreign currency (local currency of the foreign country / countries being visited). The Company reserves the right to amend these prices in case of currency fluctuation and changes in various rates of exchange and or fuel cost before departure, and to surcharge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid for in full. 
  6. The Cost of Transfer does not include any Insurance Premium. The Tourist/Group will have to pay any such premium at their own cost. 
  7. All Transfers and packages/ tour components are subject to laws, rules and regulat/Group are on tour and back. The Company will have no responsibility in respect of any condition brought about by any such laws, etc., or due to act of God. 
  8. Wherever transportation is provided on basis of Seat in Coach (SIC) same is on sharing basis or Private vehicle basis depending upon the tour/tour option booked.
